Suffolk County Board of Elections Building
Yaphank, New York
Owner:
Suffolk County Department of Public Works
General improvements to the buildings' HVAC system including replacement
of a chilled water refrigeration machine, several air handling units and
associated appurtenances. The project required special air conditioning
requirements for long-term storage of voting machine equipment.
Project:
Alternative DWI Correctional Facility
Yaphank, New York
Architect:
James M. Campbell Architects, P.C.
New two-story 15,000 square foot correctional facility.
As the photograph indicates, the project is currently under
construction.

Suffolk County Police Headquarters
Yaphank, New York
Owner:
Suffolk County Department of Public Works
General improvements to the buildings' HVAC system including replacement
of fume hoods and related equipment in the identification unit.
Project:
Coram Health Center
Coram, New York
Architect:
Tast + Clemency, Architects, P.C.
Renovations and additions to a medical building. The project included
major renovations to the existing 40,000 square foot building as well as
a new 10,000 square foot addition. The scope of work included a new
emergency power system, new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and
electrical systems.
